Refurbishment and development of a terraced house in West London including development of a basement and extension. Sketchup model was used in conjunction with microstation 2D CAD plans and sketches to work out configurations with client

12 months was spent during my part 1 placement at Foster Lomas architects. Work included 2D and 3D CAD work, feasibility studies, planning applications, tender drawings, construction drawings, meetings with clients and manufactures, on-site experience, visualisations, model making and competitions.
The practice was shortlisted for Young Architect of the Year during my time there.
